Any permanent changes to hours should be made in writing giving one month’s notice.
If a child is unwell or unable to attend Nursery, we must be informed as soon as possible. Childcare fees still apply.
Holiday Club
Holiday club is available by completing the holiday club request form issued on Famly approximately one month prior to the holidays. Once the form is received, no amendments can be made to these hours.
Funding
Most children from nine months are now entitled to funding provided by the Government.
Children in receipt of the thirty hours funding can use it term time only at thirty hours per week or you can choose the stretched offer that will allow children to attend the setting twenty-two hours per week over fifty weeks.
For those children in receipt of the fifteen hours, funding is provided term-time only.
Please note that funding needs to be applied for the term before they turn the required age for the funding.

Invoicing and Payments
Invoices are sent to parent / carers at the beginning of each month, payment must be made by the end of each month.
We accept childcare vouchers and payments from the government tax free childcare scheme. Payments can also be made via BACs or cheque.
